Morning Arrangements

Gates are opened from 8:35am to 8:50am.

School officially starts at 8:50am.

Please arrive within this time window to ensure your child is registered for the school day. Children will not be able to access the site before this time, unless attending our breakfast club. 

Anyone arriving after 8:50am must use the Main Reception to alert the office and should ensure their child has been signed in before going into their classroom. 

If your child is going to be absent due to an appointment or another reason, please call the school office before 9am to ensure we have this recorded. 

Teachers are in school long before 8.35am, but we don’t guarantee supervision before that time. 

Lunch Time

Children have their lunch hour from 12- 12:45pm.

At lunchtime, children may have a school meal or bring sandwiches. Children make this selection during morning register.

Breaktimes and Snacks

All children have a designated morning breaktime.

Children should bring healthy snacks and children in Key Stage 1 will receive a piece of fruit daily in school. Children in Key Stage 2 have chance to buy from the class Tuck Shop each break time.

Children should also bring a bottle of water. We can refill these in school.

End of Day Arrangements

Gates are open from 3:05pm.

Each class leaves via their class door at 3:10pm.

Contact the school office if you have a different hometime arrangement e.g. have arranged another adult to collect your child.

If you are running late, please contact the school office.

Children will usually be taken to the school office if you are arriving late, so please come directly to reception on arrival.
